Mowing Package: mow/trim/blow (there is an option for weeding beds). This is a weekly service but may require service less often during the summer months to help prevent lawns from burning.
Fertilizing Package: This is a Six Step Program: 1: Pre-emergent; 2: Weeding Feed; 3: Grub Control; 4: Summer Fertilizer; 5: Winter Fertilizer; 6: Winterized-Seasonal fertilization’s are granular applications that are mechanically placed on your lawn and are specifically targeted at aiding in growth and rejuvenating turf when needed.
Eight Step Program: Includes all of the above, plus core aeration (small holes are made through your lawn to loosen the soil and improve water and nutrient penetration and also encourages new turf growth) and over seeding (helps to thicken up the lawn by introducing new seed)
Irrigation: Start up and shut down of system, plus repairs
Spring Clean-up: (March/April) – As soon as the snow melts, Daley’s will help clean up and make repairs to your lawn caused by damage that occurred during the winter months. This includes raking and thatching of the lawn and the clean-up of all debris. (One time service)
Fall Clean-up (Mid-October-late November/Early December) – Daley’s will clean up all leaves, remove leaves (for an additional fee) or blow leaves to the perimeter of your property. It is a complete clean up of your lawn and beds to help prepare for the winter. This is usually done on a bi-weekly basis.

Lawn Installation: includes hydro seeding (planting process which utilizes a slurry of seed and mulch and is sprayed over prepared ground to promote quick germination and inhibit soil erosion), sodding or traditional hay straw method
Hardscape: Nicolock dealer and installer, we design walkways, driveways, patios, walls, steps, waterfalls, curved stone and Belgian block
Bulk Materials: mulch, topsoil, stone, firewood, salt – Pick up by appointment only or delivered (pricing varies on location)
